Sickies
This past week we have been battling the flu and more. Autumn and I both have been pretty sick. Thankfully Autumn's immune system was better than mine and she is doing much better now and smiling and laughing and playing. I am very grateful for it too because it broke my heart seeing her so sick. As for myself I havn't been able to shake it and the infection settled in my throat and ears. But this morning Jonathan took me to the ER and I finally got some antibiotics that is safe for pregnant women. I wish I could have been feeling better before we started our trip to pennsylvania tomorrow. But I got me pills and that has got to make me feel better soon. Jonathan and his family were real great through the whole sickness process (most of them being sick too!) they were good helpers and I am thankful. Well, hope our next post is happier and healthier!

Funny
I forgot to upload this video earlier. When we were in Washington a couple months ago we went to my moms office and she had a mini wheelchair for dolls. We stuck Autumn in it and it was the perfect size for her. It is just so cute!
Mailbox Fun!
Our propane for our house came yesterday so we are one step closer to being moved in. Now we only have to wait on our electricity!
As for our mailbox...we went to walmart the other night and got a plain ol regular mailbox. We decided that we wanted to paint it to celebrate our home and place being our own. So we got creative! I painted the cow, pig and horse on the one side with the cute bugs on top. And Jonathan really wanted a elk so he painted the other side Grouse Mesa Outfitters style! It was alot of fun and we got some clear paint to go over the whole thing so it would be somewhat protected from the elements outside. We will see how long it lasts. And Jonathan has a cute idea of setting up tractor tires at the beginning of our driveway to decorate the place even more. Can't you tell we are getting excited to move into our house?

Baby Appointment and Oklahoma!
I went in for my second appointment and we got to hear the baby's heartbeat for just a couple seconds. Then the baby rolled over and we couldn't find it again. I lost ten pounds from being so sick with morning sickness which was a little worry but nothing that will last forever. I will start to feel better in a couple weeks. They drew blood for the labs as well. I am very blessed that needles don't bother me in the least and I don't mind seeing blood. And I am so very glad for a midwife with this second one. She knows I am tough and expects me to be so. And it is nice to have a midwife instead of a doctor who told me that he didn't think I could go natural and that I would want a epidural in the end. Which I didn't. Who knows what will happen with this one but at least I have a little more support and experience this time around. Time is flying with this one. I can't believe I am 11 weeks along and soon will be headed to the 2nd trimester.
And now...for our story of Oklahoma! Katie, Jonathan, Autumn and I traveled through Kansas down to Oklahoma for a Outfitting show in Tulsa. We set up the booth which I think Jonathan did a very good job with. There were not very many people who came. But we got to do some fun things anyways. We went to the Olive Garden, and we got in room dining (which is what the picture of Katie and Jonathan are) We had never had room service like that so we had to take pictures :) The last night we were there we ended up going to a hockey game which was very fun as none of us had ever been to one before. Then on monday we went to the stockshow in Denver. The rodeo was good. And then after that we went to Casa Bonitas. THEN, last night after Casa Bonitas, we drove home. Whew! It was quite the vacation. But I have a feeling it won't be nothing compared to our trip coming up in Pennsylvania.
