This is the bull elk Jonathan got this year (2008). He is a nice 5 by 5.

This was an elk antler Brittani found in a place called, The Bull.

During a family outing at Navajo lake Jonathan did some serious water skiing. Watch how gracefully he zooms across the water top. And how wonderfully he crashes... He's a professional.

Jonathan was riding in Beaver unit and came upon some bull elk, this one was curious and allowed Jonathan to get some good video.

This is our fishing experience at Blue Lake in Colorado. Jonathan had to take off his shirt so we could use it as a fishing net to catch our dinner. Brittani caught two and Jonathan caught two. They are brook trout.

This is Jonathan catching slick eared calves. It is a perfect picture of cowboyism.

Jonathan bagged this big buck at Blue Lake in Colorado during his muzzleloading season. It was a one shot kill. Brittani is very proud of her mighty hunter.

This is Brittani riding her favorite pony (Bunny) while chasing cows in New Mexico.

So here we are at Mom Bush's camp up on the Tio Grande in the mountains. We are getting ready for a day of work and oh we look so happy! Granted Brittani got sunburned almost everytime she forgot to put sunscreen on. So that is why they call us rednecks. Yeehaaw! Ride'em cowboys!

The Beginning

At Brigham Young Universary in Idaho Jonathan Bush met Brittani Thompson in February 2008. Their similar interests and character were so great it didn't take long for the two hunters/cow and dog lovers to become engaged. Jonathan and Brittani Bush were married July 19 2008 in the Spokane Washington Temple and this is where our story really begins. They are now currently in Colorado and working as range riders in New Mexico.
